IRELAND DAY TWO - KILLARNEY TO ENNIS
Well a good night was had in Killarney but it was an early start. Heading for Ennis today passing through the Dingle Peninsula. Dingle is the home of Fungi the resident famous Dolphin. Apparently he's been around since 84. They say it's the same one and he even has wrinkles lol. We also stop in at Lahinch Beach which is apparently famous for its surf, too bloody cold to surf if you ask me but hey there were dudes there doing it. We also visit Coumeennole Beach which is the set in which parts of Ryans Daughter was filmed. It was beautiful. We also pass what is known as the Beehive huts. These date back thousands of years and look exactly like beehives, amazing. Time to head to the town of Ennis for the night. Apparently more good pubs - dam those Irish pubs. All in all today the scenery was unbelievable but it did remind me so much of NZ.
